Must have experience in mechanical contracting with genuine interest in service and customer relations aspects of business. A familiarity with dispatching, coordination and scheduling of man power is required. Must be team-oriented with keen understanding of commercial service for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Direct client and technician soft skills.
HVAC Territory Manager: As part of your overall responsibilities, you will present and follow-up with customers on all company sales programs and promotions; establish and build beneficial customer relationships; interface with Branch Manager and employees to exceed customer service requirements, and participate in strategic planning and execution of profitable pricing and dealer acquisitions.
In order to qualify for this position, you must possess at least a high school diploma, but preferably a Bachelor's degree. Your background should include demonstrated success in HVAC distribution sales environment and product knowledge of HVAC Parts & Equipment. You should also be proficient in the usage of a PC/laptop, and MS Office software. Your communication skills should be excellent, with a strong ability to build relationships. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, determined and tenacious.
